02Our services and projects
The website describes the services we offer. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Timelines such as “12 weeks” describe a typical first version and depend on scope.
Every paid project is governed by a separate written agreement or signed proposal. It sets out the scope, price in SAR, payment schedule, timeline, support period and code ownership. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
03Free plans and reviews
Our free plans, quotes, audits and reviews come with no obligation to hire us. You may keep and use the written plan we give you. They are based on the information you share and are provided in good faith, but they are estimates, not guarantees. We may decline a request at our discretion.
04Information you send us
When you contact us, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please don't send passwords or highly sensitive data through the contact form. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
05Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, graphics and animations, belongs to AI Legacy. You may view and share pages for personal or business evaluation. You may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.
Ownership of the code and designs we build for clients is set out in each project agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the code once it's paid for.
06Third-party names and logos
Names and logos such as mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara, Nafath, Visa, Mastercard, WhatsApp, Flutter and others belong to their owners. They appear on this site only to show platforms and payment methods our work can connect to. Their use doesn't mean those companies endorse or partner with AI Legacy.
07Acceptable use
- Don't use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Don't send spam or automated submissions through our forms.
08Links to other websites
The site links to other websites, such as official statistics sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Riyadh. We always prefer to resolve concerns directly first, so please talk to us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
